Welcome to North Sound Massage Therapy, PLLC.  My name is Toby Ann Williams, LMT, MMP, CCT (MA60099735).  I am the owner, and one of the massage therapists at NSMT.  I've been a licensed massage therapist in Washington State since 2009.  I am a Certified Medical Massage Practitioner, as well as a Certified Cupping Therapist.  I'm a graduate of Spectrum Center School of Massage in Lake Stevens, WA, and a member of the Washington Sports Massage Team as well as the American Massage Therapy Association.

I have additional training in clinical sports massage, advanced whiplash treatment techniques, pre-natal massage, oncology massage, inner-oral massage, warm bamboo massage, gua sha and cupping therapies.   Many of my clients describe my massages as treatment based while relaxing.  I believe that deep tissue, muscle specific massage should be pain free and that the body should be treated as a whole - it's all connected!

Lindsey Foster, LMT (MA60519143)

Lindsey studied at the Sedona School of Massage in Sedona, Arizona. She enjoys giving muscle specific massage work, whether her aim is relaxation or rehabilitation. Lindsey loves to help bring awareness to what daily habits might be translating into physical patterns, and she is passionate about helping to release stress and tension (chronic or acute) so that physical wellbeing can translate into the ability to move more gracefully—physically, mentally, and emotionally—through life. If you want someone who can find the spots, reflect on patterns, and leave you relaxed, she’s the massage therapist for you!
